Fina coaching clinic for open water swimming

Another great coaching clinic held in ghana venue was at tha ghana Mensah Sarbah Hall whee by the coaches had great quisine and a tribal welcoming ceremony perfomred by the Ashanti Man Tribe where the coaches danced together and had much fun for the night.

The following day the coaches were invited to the Mensah Sarbah hall again for a debriefing just go through what they would going to expect and do for their duration time they would be there .

FINA strongly believes in the importance of having a globally-respected workforce of swimming officials with an established and consistent curriculum, as a key factor for the athlete development and the correct appliance of the FINA officiating rules.

As part of the FINA Development Programme, FINA is currently running clinics to train officials in swimming. This training programme, respectively conducted by highly experienced officials appointed by the FINA Technical Swimming Committee (TSC), are designed to educate and train swimming officials around the world.

The FINA Swimming Clinics for Officials are available to National Federations wishing to host a training clinic, as well as for National Federations wishing to attend a clinic organised in their continental region.

The objective of the clinic:

The FINA Swimming Clinics for Officials are intended to provide basic training for participants of all levels through courses led by an expert. They are designed to educate and train swimming officials, ensuring that they are given the opportunity to develop their skills and further the development of aquatics within their countries.

By offering technical training and promoting best practices, Swimming Officials will develop their skills and support successful performances in the pool.

in the past 4 days the swimmers have all completed the clinic and have all recieved they're certification where by all of the coaches had a exciting and memorable moments in ghana.
