Paris, 27 July 2024 – Tunisia's Ahmed Jaouadi delivered an impressive debut performance at the Paris 2024 Olympics, swimming a remarkable time of 3:46.19 in the men's 400m freestyle.
In a notably fast heat, the 19-year-old Jaouadi put on the afterburners in the last 50 meters, securing a well-deserved 2nd place. Despite his strong finish, he fell just 0.044 seconds short of qualifying for the finals.
