DRC participate in Dubai Swimming Champs 2025
The Democratic Republic of Congo has been participating in the 2025 Dubai Open Swimming Championships.
Jacob Mugisha swam a PB of 28. 89 in the 50m freestyle, beating his previous best of 29.30 by quite some margin.

Following FINA's name change to World Aquatics, C.A.N.A. has also decided to rebrand to Africa Aquatics, to stay in alignment with the changes happening at a global level.
After months of discussions, the executives of the Confederation Africaine de Natation (C.A.N.A) has decided to use this opportunity to refresh the brand and also to maintain alignment with the global body, World Aquatics.
